When the marginalized, we marginalize.

It’s curious how we have so introjected the racism and the marginalization that in addition to suffering it we reproduce it (and that yes it is an achievement of the system) and that’s why when naturally it matters what color the singer will participate in the event we are going to develop so that it can attract more people, we become victims and victimizers. Will we need to know a little more about our history? Do we think that diversity does not mean equal rights? It will be that centuries of subjugation have managed to penetrate our subconscious to make us believe that there is reason and we can be at some point the targets of the film, or we simply do not realize that we among ourselves are racists and we do the work to them maintaining the system and perpetuating with that behavior our own marginalization? Or will it be that we are pretending not to see it as long as it does not touch us? Will we be able to break that circle? We are willing to do it …  What do you think?
